Our client is a world-leading company in the diagnostics and medical technology sector in the Zug region (Rotkreuz). In the prototype construction area, new diagnostic systems and components are developed and manufactured as one-offs or in small series before going into mass production. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced CNC polymechanic from February 2027 – an earlier start is expressly possible.

CNC Polymechanic Prototype Construction (m/f) 100%

Your tasks:

• Manufacture of prototype parts and small series on CNC machining centres (turning/milling)
• Independent programming using CAM systems
• Setting up and operating the machines
• Close collaboration with development and design on new components
• Quality control and documentation of manufactured parts
• Participation in the ongoing optimisation of processes and programmes

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ
• Experience in CNC manufacturing (turning and/or milling)
• Experience with CAM systems is essential
• Precise, independent and quality-conscious working style
• Fluent German in spoken and written form; English is an advantage
• Experience in prototype construction or medical technology is an advantage
