An established Swiss residential home specialising in the care of people with dementia offers twelve residents a real home in a manageable, family-like setting. Thanks to the small size and central location in Zurich, personal care with plenty of room for individual needs and genuine encounters is made possible. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed person as a Health Specialist

Health Specialist (m/f/d)

- Ensuring professional care and support during the late shift

- Recognising changes in the health status of residents

- Carrying out independent nursing measures

- Ensuring careful and comprehensible nursing documentation

- Guaranteeing reliable information flow within the team

- Professional handover to the subsequent shift

- Accompanying people with dementia with empathy

- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ

- Experience in caring for people with dementia is an advantage
