Agile Coach – SAFe / LACE / Logistics / IT

Project:
As the head of the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) according to SAFe, you will drive the agile transformation in I/T and logistics services decisively forward. With foresight and pragmatism, you ensure that structures, processes, and leadership principles are aligned with flow, focus, and customer benefit. (Reference number 924557RF).

Tasks:
In this role:

• you establish the LACE team and lead it professionally and methodically
• you transform the areas of I/T and logistics services based on SAFe
• you work closely with business owners, RTEs, product managers, and leaders to strengthen the organization along the value streams
• you design coaching and communication structures to sustainably anchor the change
• you support leadership teams in applying agile principles and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• together with a working group, you ensure connectivity (interface management, financing, etc.) to the existing operating model of I/T Post

Requirements:
You bring:

• Several years of experience in the agile transformation of large organizations, ideally as a transformation lead or change manager
• Solid know-how in SAFe implementations and SPC (advanced) certified
• Practical experience in building and leading a Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE)
• Deep understanding of value stream management, lean portfolio management, and business agility
• Ability to align business and IT on common goals
• Convincing communication, moderation, and coaching skills
• Enjoyment in accompanying complex organizations on the path to more agility including assertiveness
• You communicate fluently and confidently in German and English, both orally and in writing. Any additional national language is an advantage.
