At Mühlehaus in Bärau, a temporary home is being created for our residents. While new buildings are being constructed in Konolfingen, people, care, and daily life move into an extraordinary transitional building.
Not everything here is routine. And that might just appeal to you.

YOUR TASKSThink along instead of just going along.
You actively shape the daily care routine. Your ideas are in demand, especially when new processes are created or existing solutions do not work.
- You advise the team in complex care situations and case discussions.
- You contribute your professional expertise during medical rounds.
- You care for our residents and are involved in key worker activities.
- With your expertise, you play an important role in the further development of our care quality and processes.
Responsibility and trust.
You work independently within your competencies, document carefully, and ensure professional care together with your team.
YOUR PROFILE
A solid foundation.
You have completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF or hold an equivalent recognised qualification.
A clear head and a good sense for people.
You recognise what is important, set priorities, and find practical solutions even in unfamiliar situations. You meet residents, relatives, and colleagues attentively, respectfully, and on an equal footing.
A desire for change.
You don’t need a ready-made guide for everything. You think along, ask questions, and contribute your own ideas.
Room to progress.
You want to take on leadership responsibilities alongside care? If interested, you have the opportunity to support the team leader as deputy.
