About the job

The Kita Nanolino cares for children aged 3 months up to school entry and offers them a loving, safe, and development-oriented place of care. For the training start in summer 2026, we are looking for a committed, responsible, and warm-hearted person who would like to complete their three-year training as a Childcare Specialist EFZ (FaBe K) with us.

Your training

During the three-year apprenticeship:

you accompany and support children in their daily lives
you promote their development and design educational activities
you work in a professional team and gradually take on more responsibility
you gain valuable insights and experience in pedagogy, developmental psychology, and parent work. In addition, you will be accompanied, supported, and carefully trained by qualified trainers.

You complete the training with the EFZ Childcare Specialist qualification.

Practical experience through a completed internship in a daycare center

A motivated, open, and team-oriented personality
Reliability, responsibility, and resilience
Patience, empathy, and sociability
Good German skills (spoken and written)
Completed compulsory schooling (secondary, middle, or district school)
