Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (for qualifications obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Professional experience in psychiatry is mandatory
• High professional and social competence
• Independent and responsible working style

Tasks

• Professional and empathetic care and support of people in acute mental crisis and stress situations
• Continuous observation and assessment of mental state as well as early detection of changes
• Individual support in psychological stabilisation and coping with everyday challenges
• Building and shaping professional, trusting relationships as the basis for appreciative care
• Close collaboration and professional exchange within the interprofessional treatment team
