Job Description

• You take on the comprehensive planning, control, and implementation of shopfitting projects – from the concept phase to turnkey handover.
• You are responsible for adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality standards and make well-founded decisions independently during the project.
• You manage and coordinate internal and external project participants (Key Account, design, production, assembly) and act as the central interface.
• You monitor project progress, identify risks early, and proactively initiate appropriate measures.
• You regularly travel on-site within Switzerland and lead projects directly at the construction site or with the client.
• You communicate confidently with clients and partners – also in English or French – ensuring smooth processes.

Qualifications

• You have completed technical training in wood, metal, or related disciplines (e.g. carpenter, higher technical college for wood technology).
• You bring several years of experience in project management, ideally in shopfitting or a comparable environment.
• You convince with strong organisational skills, assertiveness, and personal responsibility.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in complex projects.
• You are a strong communicator and value teamwork.
• You are willing to travel within Switzerland and feel confident in direct client contact.
