What to expect

• You coordinate and resolve technical support cases with the customers' IT services and our internal specialist departments.
• As a technical project manager, you integrate our software products into the diverse physical and virtual IT landscapes of our customers.
• With your know-how, you are able to analyse and resolve faults and find solutions in the team or with the internal development team in complex cases.
• As an IT contact person, you will represent our company to the customers and contribute significantly to our success with your analyses and decisions.
• Through your numerous insights into the IT landscapes of various companies, you will significantly shape the further development of our software and assist in testing technical components regarding integration at the customer.

What you bring

• Completed training as an IT specialist, professional experience is an advantage.
• Great interest in IT topics.
• Enjoyment of customer contact and consulting.
• You are happy to go the extra mile for the customer.
• Personally, you convince through high initiative, reliability, a structured way of working and customer orientation.
• You like to share your knowledge with team colleagues.
• Business fluent German skills, French skills are an advantage.
