What awaits you

• You carry out assessments of damaged vehicles independently within the internal service: you evaluate the damage, confirm the plausibility of the claim, calculate the current value of vehicles in the event of total loss
• You assess cars, motorcycles, bicycles, as well as heavy goods vehicles and other agricultural machinery
• You also act as a mediator between the different parties involved in the handling of a claim
• You process photo files internally and occasionally support external experts in the Geneva and lakeside area

Your skills

• Training and good professional experience in the field of mechanical or bodywork car repair with Federal Certificate and/or Federal Diploma
• Experience as a workshop manager or receptionist is an advantage
• German or English at B2 level is a plus
• Comfortable with common IT tools, Audatex and Auto-i are an advantage
• Good knowledge of remote communication tools: e-service and youcit
• Customer service oriented and able to manage complex situations
• Comfortable in conflict management
• Good team spirit, communication skills, conscientious, autonomous and dynamic
• Flexible for daily business trips and ideally residing on the lakeside or in Geneva
