To complement our team in the night care service, we are looking for you from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement as
Qualified Nurse for the Night Shift (80 – 100%)
With your differentiated, attentive perception, you recognise the needs of our residents with intellectual and multiple disabilities. And as an experienced, responsible and reliable person, you succeed in taking this perception into account when caring for and nursing these people. Between 20:00 and 07:00, you make a significant contribution together with our team to the health and well-being of the people entrusted to us.
Wagerenhof
The Wagerenhof Foundation (affectionately called "Wagi") in Uster has been a permanent home for around 250 people with multiple cognitive impairments for over 100 years and offers supported workplaces for over 50 employees with support needs. We are a recognised, non-profit institution with a social mission. With a needs-oriented range of residential and care places as well as various day and leisure activities, we promote the quality of life, participation and self-determination of our residents. These important tasks await you:
- Care and support of people with intellectual and multiple disabilities in a team
- Assuming medical and nursing responsibility during the night
- Recognising needs Adequate action in acute situations
- Participation in interdisciplinary meetings
You fit with us and this position if you also put our residents (and our supported employees) at the centre of your actions and bring the following:
- Training as a qualified nurse at HF, DN II or AKP level
- Experience in acute care
- Experience working with people with intellectual and multiple disabilities
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Physical and mental resilience
- Enjoyment of working at night
- Enjoyment of working in a team
