Your Tasks
- You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care for our guests
- You advise and support our guests and their relatives
- You conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client’s home
- You create care documentation and individual care plans
- Other staff will guide, advise and coach you
- You will cover holiday replacements for the nursing management
Your Profile
- Qualification as a Certified Nursing Specialist
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
- You are resilient, flexible and used to working independently
- RAI training
