Your tasks
- Operational co-responsibility for a mandate in healthcare (quality, financial and personnel)
- Leadership, promotion and continuous development of the cleaning team of approx. 100 employees with support from other team leaders and site management
- Maintaining constant customer contact and acting as a contact person for technical questions
- Co-responsibility and ensuring the quality, hygiene and preservation of value of buildings and premises
- Conducting quality controls as well as coaching and supporting employees
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments
- Planning, organisation, coordination, monitoring and optimisation of all workflows (training)
- Ensuring agreed patrol times
- Recruitment of new staff together with site management
- Scheduling of material, machine and equipment orders
- Administrative tasks
- Work deployment possible from Monday to Sunday; working hours can be flexible between 06:00 and 23:00
Your profile
- Completed training/continuing education in housekeeping, hospitality, building cleaning or facility management is an advantage
- Expertise in cleaning and/or building maintenance
- Professional experience in healthcare and/or hospitality/housekeeping is an advantage
- Personable, strong leadership personality with a pronounced sense of organisation and coordination
- Leadership experience and hands-on mentality
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Open personality and strong communication skills
- Good MS Office user skills
