What you will do here
- Actively shape, implement, and take responsibility for complex topics (projects) such as the "Document Management and Archiving" project at BFH
- Prepare and implement our digitization projects according to the IT strategy
- Analyze and design business processes, create business cases, organize and moderate larger workshops
- Gather and analyze the needs of (internal) customers as well as develop and evaluate solution options (studies, preliminary analyses)
- Interface function between various stakeholders such as business owners, product management, product owners, and customers
What you ideally bring with you
- University degree in business informatics, business administration, or comparable education and training
- Proven experience as a project manager and requirement engineer, knowledge in agile environments such as SAFe and/or Scrum is an advantage
- Communicative and customer-oriented personality with a very independent and structured way of working
- High technical flair, strong negotiation skills, and a healthy amount of assertiveness
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
