What you will do here

Actively shape, implement, and take responsibility for complex topics (projects) such as the "Document Management and Archiving" project at BFH
Prepare and implement our digitization projects according to the IT strategy
Analyze and design business processes, create business cases, organize and moderate larger workshops
Gather and analyze the needs of (internal) customers as well as develop and evaluate solution options (studies, preliminary analyses)
Interface function between various stakeholders such as business owners, product management, product owners, and customers

What you ideally bring with you

University degree in business informatics, business administration, or comparable education and training
Proven experience as a project manager and requirement engineer, knowledge in agile environments such as SAFe and/or Scrum is an advantage
Communicative and customer-oriented personality with a very independent and structured way of working
High technical flair, strong negotiation skills, and a healthy amount of assertiveness
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
