Job Description
We are looking for our MONTHEY site, a
Maintenance Planner
Main tasks
Integrated into a team specialized in maintenance, you will be called upon to
Develop a monthly and annual planning based on priorities set in collaboration with the relevant department and business needs
Ensure an appropriate scheduling logic, including the amount of preventive maintenance work compared to corrective work
Establish standard maintenance plans for repetitive maintenance tasks and thus promote work standardization
Write maintenance plans and ranges in SAP
Create purchase requests for planned work and manage deviations
Manage assigned subcontracting contracts as well as work follow-up
Ensure the follow-up of automation and polymechanic apprentices in collaboration with the internship supervisors
Profile
Junior HES engineer graduated in mechanics or maintenance agent or equivalent training
At least 3 years of experience in industry
Knowledge and adequate professional skills to accurately estimate working hours, material needs, and skills required to complete a job
Proven organizational and planning skills
In-depth knowledge and understanding of maintenance processes and proper use of the work order system
Ability to set priorities
Concerned with standardization
Mastery of SAP-PM
