Job Description
You support and relieve the department in the operational day-to-day business. Your tasks include checking and posting supplier invoices as well as clarifying open invoice issues. You clarify cross-departmental topics and coordinate cooperation with internal interfaces. Additionally, you take over the operational order processing with suppliers, which includes recording, changing, and tracking orders. You monitor the order status and ensure timely deliveries. Furthermore, you check and compare order confirmations with orders and agreed conditions and initiate correction or complaint processes in case of discrepancies. Finally, you create and maintain order and invoice documentation and support monthly and annual closing tasks.
Qualifications
You have a commercial or technical basic education. Experience in the electrical industry is an advantage. You have very good German skills and work precisely and efficiently. You work both independently and in a team-oriented manner and bring good MS Office skills. Analytical thinking is essential for this position, as well as experience in purchasing and accounting is an advantage. You are an independent and reliable person with pronounced social skills and act flexibly, solution-oriented, and economically.
