Tasks
- Supporting the workshop manager and workshop reception
- Creating and invoicing workshop orders
- Archiving work orders and vehicle master data
- Invoicing external bills
- Carrying out general administrative office tasks
Requirements
- Basic training as a truck mechanic or related professions
- Commercial additional training (office specialist or commercial school diploma) is an advantage
- German as mother tongue, French is an advantage
