About the job
To successfully master the daily challenges of the real estate industry, we need service- and customer-oriented employees. As a team leader, you lead a team and are responsible for managing various property accounting services for our clients.
Your tasks in detail
- Leading, promoting and further developing your team
- Ensuring know-how transfer and professional training within your area of responsibility
- Responsibility for compliance with internal and external quality and deadline requirements
- Ensuring proper accounting of all team mandates through regular quality control
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial statements
- Preparation of mandate-specific reports
- Handling correspondence and enquiries as well as providing professional information
- Occasional participation in IT projects and special assignments as instructed
Your profile
- Commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in accounting / fiduciary services is a must
- Experience in real estate accounting is an advantage
- Confidence in balance sheets is essential
- Fluent German, good French and English skills are advantageous.
- Good IT user skills, ideally also knowledge of real estate software
- Even in challenging situations, you remain a convincing service provider
