For our team at the Ursenbach site in the Swiss Midlands, we are looking to fill the following position immediately or by arrangement:

Your tasks:
- Independently preparing, setting up, operating and monitoring our production equipment in glass processing
- Adjusting and adapting machine and process parameters as well as carrying out the required production releases
- Monitoring the production process and identifying and resolving faults within your own area of expertise
- Monitoring and changing tools as well as providing the necessary materials and aids
- Performing and documenting the specified quality and process controls
- Carrying out cleaning, maintenance and simple servicing tasks on the equipment
- Ensuring correct production and process documentation
- Actively contributing to the improvement of quality, productivity and process stability
Your profile:
- Technical or craft-based basic training; alternatively, relevant professional experience as a plant operator or machine operator
- Experience in operating and monitoring production equipment, ideally in mechanical glass processing
- Good technical and mechanical understanding as well as manual dexterity
- Ability to read and implement drawings, work instructions and production documents
- Quality-conscious, precise and responsible working style
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
