Head of Nursing Service - Spitex 80-100%
Your tasks
- You play a key role in ensuring that our clients enjoy holistic, first-class and individual reference care at home
- You lead and coordinate the entire nursing area, ensure the quality of care and optimise workflows
- You lead the nursing team, promote the staff and plan training and further education
- You proactively participate in building an interdisciplinary network with local hospitals, general practitioners, social services, etc. and represent Senevita Casa externally
- You are responsible for meeting the nursing requirements towards the cantonal authorities.
- You share responsibility and success in achieving qualitative and economic goals
Your profile
- You have a recognised qualification as a nursing specialist HF/FH (with foreign qualification, SRK recognition required).
- You bring leadership experience at team leader level or a recognised further education at team leader level (at least 25 course days or 15 ECTS).
- You can demonstrate at least two years of professional experience in comprehensive nursing.
- You have sound knowledge in billing nursing services according to KVG/OKP; Spitex experience is an advantage.
- You are a committed and responsible leader and convince with organisational talent as well as an independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style.
- You have very good oral and written German skills and communicate professionally, appreciatively and empathetically.
- Your open and positive manner promotes team spirit and contributes to a respectful corporate culture.
