Your tasks
- You take on the care and support of our residents in our residential group with a focus on nursing.
- You create a stable and supportive daily routine for our residents together with a motivated team.
- You contribute your ideas and actively help shape the further development of our residential group.
- If interested, you take on the vocational training of apprentices or receive training for this.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist (for foreign qualifications, SRK recognition or a positive PreCheck is required).
- You are interested in people who need an individual framework and have long-term illness experience.
- You are resilient and keep an overview even in challenging situations, acting calmly and professionally.
Your salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between CHF 64,000 and CHF 102,000 per year.

Oral offer

The contract
In the following days, we will send you the contract in duplicate by post. Along with the contract, you will receive relevant information about your employment.
Preboarding
Between accepting the position and the first day of work, as a new employee you can already access relevant internal information. This allows you to form a detailed picture of the company and prepare for the job.
First day of work
On the first day, you will be welcomed with an onboarding in your new team and with other colleagues. You will set up your new workplace and get an overview of your upcoming tasks. You will also receive your individual induction plan, which will help you to find your way around quickly.
