Tasks
- Begleitung und Unterstützung von Lernenden und Studierenden im Alltag.
- Sicherstellung der evidenzbasierten Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohner.
- Durchführung medizinischer Maßnahmen und Dokumentation der Pflege.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit Berufserfahrung.
- Erfahrung im Akut- oder Langzeitpflegebereich, idealerweise Beatmungsmanagement.
- Empathische, flexible und innovative Persönlichkeit mit Lösungsorientierung.

The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations and complemented by 86 new senior apartments.
The intensive care nursing department stands for highly specialized, professional, and at the same time compassionate care. We respectfully and expertly care for and support people of all ages who require intensive and highly intensive care. The focus is on complex care situations such as severe traumatic brain injuries, persistent vegetative state, ventilation, and other neurological diseases.
Currently, the High Care Levels department has 10 care places. With the move to the new building, the area will be expanded to a total of 25 places from autumn 2026.
For the RPB location in Wettingen (from autumn 2026 in Baden), we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a competent, reliable, and committed personality as
Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH with Additional Function in Vocational Training (m/f/d)
Intensive Care Nursing Department, 40 – 100 % workload
You will support us by:
- Accompanying and supporting our apprentices and HF students in their professional daily routine and ensuring the high quality of practical training
- Working closely with our nursing vocational training manager as well as with other professional groups
- Ensuring the care and support of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, including professional and evidence-based care
- Performing medical-technical measures in addition to nursing activities
- Taking on daily responsibility
- Carefully maintaining nursing documentation
You can convince us with:
- A completed education as a certified nursing specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognized qualification
- Experience in acute or long-term care as well as experience in ventilation management or willingness to acquire this knowledge
- Experience in vocational training and possession of the SVEB 1 qualification or willingness to complete it
- Familiarity with RAI-NH and confident application in practice
- An empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
