Severe Care Nursing Department, workload 80 – 100 %

The Severe Care Nursing Department stands for highly specialised, professional and at the same time compassionate nursing. We provide respectful and highly professional care and support to people of all ages who require severe and intensive nursing care. The focus is on complex care situations such as severe traumatic brain injuries, persistent vegetative state, ventilation, and other neurological diseases. Gain insights into the daily routine of the department.

Currently, the Severe Care Department has 10 nursing places. With the move to the new building, the area will be expanded to a total of 25 places from autumn 2026.

The Regional Nursing Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.

For the RPB location in Wettingen (from autumn 2026 in Baden), we are looking for a competent, reliable and committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

With this you support us:

• You accompany and support our apprentices and HF students in their professional daily routine and ensure the high quality of practical training
• You work closely with our vocational education manager for nursing as well as with other professional groups
• You ensure the care and support of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, which includes professional and evidence-based care
• In addition to nursing activities, you also carry out medical-technical measures
• You take on the daily responsibility
• You carefully maintain the nursing documentation

This is how you convince us:

• You have completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognised qualification
• You have experience in acute or long-term care as well as experience in ventilation management or are willing to acquire this knowledge
• You have experience in vocational education and hold the SVEB 1 qualification or are willing to complete it
• You are familiar with RAI-NH and apply it confidently in practice
• You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
