The Fuhr Residential Centre is a retirement and nursing home. Divided into various care departments and senior apartments, our residents are cared for and supported individually. Head of Technical Services (80% - 100% (m/f/d))

Your tasks – here you help shape

• Administrative ace: You conduct inspections of our residential properties, assist our clients with administrative matters, and actively participate in the admission process.
• You lend a hand: Whether repairs, winter services, technical emergencies or minor maintenance – as Head of Technical Services, you are not only an organiser but also take up tools yourself and independently carry out repairs and fault rectifications.
• Taking responsibility: You bear overall responsibility for the maintenance, functionality and safety of all buildings, facilities and outdoor areas.
• Ensuring safety: You ensure that all legal regulations regarding occupational safety, fire protection and building technology are complied with – and continuously develop standards further.
• Coordinating service providers: You obtain quotes, manage external craftsmen and ensure economical and timely implementation.
• Keeping the budget in check: You prepare and monitor the annual budget for your area.
• Promoting sustainability: You pay attention to efficient energy use and implement sustainable solutions wherever possible.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training (e.g. specialist in operational maintenance EFZ / technical business administrator) or an equivalent qualification
• Janitor with federal specialist certificate
• Training as a safety officer (SIBE) or willingness to complete this
• Several years of professional experience in maintenance, safety or technology
• Initial leadership experience an advantage
• Confident communication in German (spoken and written)
• Organisational talent with enjoyment in contact with people as well as a solution-oriented, pragmatic working style
