As in any company, there are small areas for improvement. We’re constantly evaluating what can be optimized and digitized, which I find very positive.

That’s not something you can take for granted these days, and it makes a huge difference to me. You can also tell in our day-to-day work that we have a modern approach here. Thanks to the mobile care carts and well-organized processes, we have more time for what care is really all about: our residents. We can build relationships, provide individualized support, and don’t feel like we’re just rushing from task to task. Quality is a top priority for us. ISO certification isn’t just a label—it’s evident in our day-to-day work. At the same time, people always remain the focus—both our residents and our staff. On top of that, there are many attractive benefits, really good food, and a team that sticks together. We support one another, laugh together, and pull in the same direction. The locker rooms and staff break area are very nice. For me, this is an employer where modern care, genuine camaraderie, and appreciation go hand in hand. There is still some room for improvement in the air conditioning of certain areas on very hot days. At the same time, this issue is already being actively addressed: The planned new building will feature modern ventilation and cooling systems. The beautiful location with a lake view and the ongoing investments in infrastructure demonstrate that development is being continuously advanced.
