Your area of responsibility with the new employer

• Ensuring professional, individual nursing and care of residents during the late and/or night shifts
• Taking responsibility for high-quality nursing as well as careful and complete documentation
• Independent organisation of the workday, prioritising tasks as they arise, and acting appropriately to the situation
• Trustful collaboration with relatives, the interprofessional team, and other specialists, as well as actively sharing your expertise

Your advantages for the new employer

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland with SRK recognition
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage, as well as enjoyment in professionally supporting elderly people
• Responsible, empathetic, and independent personality with a strong team orientation
