Role:
Responsibilities:
- Professional advice to customers in the area of finance and payroll
- Ensuring timely processing of all financial transactions and payment processes
- Ensuring correct accounting and administration of salary and wage payments for our employees
- Monitoring and checking compliance with tax and legal regulations in finance & payroll
- Preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses to support management in financial decisions
- Contact person for employees and external partners on all questions regarding financial and payroll accounting
- Participation in the optimisation and further development of finance and payroll processes
Qualifications:
- Further training in the specialist area (e.g. payroll specialist) or willingness to undertake further training
- Professional experience in finance & payroll
- Sound knowledge of tax and social security law as well as the use of financial and accounting software
- Analytical thinking, strong affinity for numbers, and precise working style
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and pronounced service orientation
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
