Job Description
For our Swiss team, we are seeking a Business Generation & Marketing Manager (m/f/d) based in Zurich.
In this role, you will support our sector leads, country manager and other internal stakeholder with marketing and business generation activities for the Swiss market. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing the Turner & Townsend´s market presence.
Further responsibilities:
- Coordinate client engagement activities and relationship management initiatives.
- Conduct market, client, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and case studies.
- Support bid and proposal development, ensuring high-quality and brand-compliant submissions.
- Drive key account planning and client care programs.
- Lead business generation opportunity meetings and marketing inductions.
- Organize networking events, client engagement activities, and brand-building initiatives.
- Prepare business generation and marketing reports for leadership and management teams.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or similar field.
- 3-4 years experience in business development, marketing, client relationship management, or bid coordination, in the real estate sector would be a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and proactive influence key decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills with experience conducting research and turning insights into action.
- Fluent English is required; proficiency in German AND/or French is highly desirable.
