- Leadership and development of the OR positioning team: You support, advise, and qualify around 16 employees and ensure competent personnel deployment
- Organization and quality assurance in OR operations: You are responsible for care, work, and process quality and ensure smooth workflows in the ongoing OR routine
- Professional leadership in complex positioning situations: You take over the professional management in demanding OR positioning and maintain active communication with the OR department management
- Operational and resource responsibility: You take care of infrastructure, materials, and inventory and actively participate in OR and shift operations

- Completed vocational training as well as a completed OR positioning specialist course – you bring the foundation on which you can build
- Leadership competence in healthcare or the willingness to acquire it promptly – you want to lead, shape, and take responsibility
- Several years of experience in the operating room area – you know the OR, its dynamics, and its challenges
