Your varied range of tasks includes:

Presentation of the house internally and externally as the usual first contact with the guest
Reception and care of our guests
Check-in and check-out
Operation of the telephone switchboard
Acceptance of individual and group reservations, as well as offer creation in German and English
Assistance in service when needed
Preparation of the daily closing
Assistance in service when needed
Various administrative tasks
Co-responsibility for smooth operational processes
