MPA / Medical Secretary (100%)

Your new role with us

Our neurocentres in Horgen and Pfäffikon continue to grow, and we are looking to strengthen our administrative team.

You will mainly work at our Horgen location and additionally support our team in Pfäffikon two days per week. You can expect a varied daily routine with a lot of personal responsibility and close collaboration with our doctors as well as other internal and external specialists.

MPA / Medical Secretary (100%)

Your responsibilities

  • Reception and care of our patients
  • Organisation and coordination of consultations including telephone and electronic appointment scheduling
  • General practice administration and email correspondence
  • Coordination and processing of medical reports – without transcription from dictation
  • Management and maintenance of electronic medical records in curaMED
  • Coordination with the See-Spital, including via the Clinical system
  • Organisation and coordination of emergency registrations
  • Blood sampling – you will be trained as needed
  • Assistance with lumbar punctures – prior experience not required
  • Close collaboration with our doctors and the entire practice team
  • Support with organisational and administrative tasks in daily practice
  • Willingness to occasionally support other centres

Your profile

  • Completed training as an MPA, medical secretary, or a comparable commercial qualification with experience or strong interest in the medical field
  • Ideally, you already have professional experience in an administrative or medical environment
  • Experience in neurology is an advantage but not a requirement
  • You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner, maintaining an overview even in busy situations
  • You communicate in a friendly, professional, and confident manner with patients, referrers, and internal and external contacts
  • You are digitally savvy, have very good computer skills, and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems
  • Experience with practice software is an advantage
  • You enjoy working in a team and bring an open, committed, and solution-oriented personality
