Your Tasks
- Organisation and accompaniment of young patients (m/f/d) in the daily ward routine
- Creating a structured, safe and emotionally supportive environment
- Conducting and accompanying group activities
- Support and guidance in the application of stabilisation techniques
Your Profile
- Completed two-year training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- No prior experience in psychiatry required – we will teach you everything necessary
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, commitment, flexibility and high stress tolerance
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Motivation for professional care and support of patients (m/f/d) in the health and nursing sector
