Your mission

As our Co-Chief Executive Officer (Co-CEO), you will be a crucial member of our motivated team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our commercial, financial, operational, and people strategies. 

Leading a team of motivated professionals, you will be at the forefront of our rapidly growing startup. Driving its success and significantly impacting the namuk's trajectory. You will execute our plans to efficiently achieve namuk’s ambitious goals

Financial Management and Operations

  • Fundraising: Collaborate with the Co-CEO to secure funding and maintain investor relationships.
  • Financial oversight: Manage the company's budget, track financial performance, and ensure the business meets revenue and EBITDA goals.
  • Operational efficiency: Ensure the start-up's operations are efficient and scalable, focusing on manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain management.
Team Leadership and Culture 
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Ownership: Establish relevant business KPIs that align with the company’s long-term vision and encourage and ensure ownership throughout the organization.
  • Employee Development: Enable employee growth and development to build a strong and dedicated team.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the company's values.
Sales and Distribution
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy that targets key markets and distribution channels. 
  • Direct-To-Consumer: Expand D2C channels to reach a broader audience.
  • Wholesale Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with retailers and distributors specializing in children's apparel.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in a commercial leadership role, ideally within a scale-up environment in the consumer goods industry
  • University Degree, Bachelor, or Master level, ideally in Finance, Business Administration, or Science
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset: Innovative, proactive, and growth-driven
  • Experience in D2C markets with a digital-first approach and experience in B2B is a big plus
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving commercial targets
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture, strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain fruitful partnerships
  • Analytical and data-driven, using insights to make informed business decisions
  • Hands-on mentality and a can-do attitude, actively supporting the team
  • Ability to connect and find joy in mentoring and leading others
  • Fluent in English and German. Additional languages are a big plus
