Working within the Delivery and Transition department, you will be a key part of our transformation journey, working on a number of exciting projects and initiatives to modernize and streamline our technology landscape
Coordinating testing activities (analysis, planning, test case development, execution) within a specific technology/business area
Support and lead initiatives to improve our testing processes/toolsets and collaboration between functions such as release, environment, integration, software engineering
Acquire and maintain product and digital ecosystem knowledge for understanding product and testing needs
Ensure adherence to the Banks test management standards/framework, enabling delivery while acting as a quality gate
What we're looking for:
Proven track record as a test manager, preferably in a financial services environment
Excellent understanding of the test lifecycle and strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle
Good knowledge of agile/waterfall methodologies in relation to testing including test/project management tooling (e.g. Atlassian suite)
Proactive and self driven personality, enjoys a changing and challenging environment
