In this exciting role, you will leverage your Business intelligence (BI), ETL and data skills to support business strategic initiatives such as designing smarter data in order to generate business insights and drive performance across multiple functions. In this way, you will have the opportunity to support and improve the decision-making process in the Bank.

Datawarehouse Analyst / Data Engineer

  • Drive the BI & data component of Bank-wide transformation and business projects
  • Manage the timelines, dependencies and resources of the projects assigned
  • Perform data functional analysis, analyze data business requirements
  • Datawarehouse (DWH) design, data modelling, ETL design and development
  • Definition and implementation of Key Performance Indicators
  • Transform raw data into smart data and meaningful insights
  • Participate actively in the definition of the Road map and future of BI & DWH in the Bank
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate data processes across the Bank
  • Ensure the availability, integrity and quality of the data in the DWH
  • Work closely with business, IT and offshore production support and development teams
  • Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or Engineering 
  • At least 5 years of experience in the BI, ETL and Data warehousing fields
  • Proficiency in data modelling and advanced SQL knowledge (stored procedure level)
  • Expertise in ETL design and development with tools such as Informatica Powercenter
  • Exposure of analytical/statistical programming languages such as R, SAS, Python, etc.
  • Excellent business acumen and strong focus on the functional/business side of the data
  • Analytical and structured mindset, solution oriented and excellent problem solving skills
  • Self-confident to challenge ideas and influence stake holders at all levels
  • Self-motivated and proactive personality to drive initiatives across the Organization
  • Outstanding communication skills. Fluency in English required, German is an advantage
