Entrepreneurial Trainee (3 months)

Your responsibilities:

• You report directly to Co-Founders & CEOs and support them and the management in project management as well as in the day-to-day business


• You have a diverse range of tasks and work on your projects in different areas of the company (marketing, sales, internationalization, HR, operations)


• You support the development and optimization of internal processes and structures


• You support the HR department in recruitment administration


• You lead your projects in marketing and business development


• You create market and competition analyses as well as management and investor reports


• You take over the preparation of decision documents for the management by structured gathering and preparation of information

Minimum requirements:

• You are a strong entrepreneurial person with a strong hands-on mentality


• You want to work in a startup and highly dynamic environment and, eventually, build your own startup


• You are ready to take on any task that comes your way, are generalist in nature, and love to familiarize yourself with new and unfamiliar topics


• You have a very good understanding of business, engineering, IT, natural sciences, or a related field


• You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented approach to work


• You speak fluent German, very good English, and have excellent communication and presentation skills


• You have already gained relevant work experience in a dynamic environment (e.g., startup, venture capital, consulting)


• You are known for your drive, your professional ambitions and your ambitions for success, your independent way of working as well as flexibility and speed


• You are willing to run the extra mile
