"What really sets this place apart from others that I've had is the fact that this really is a job with an academic basis - we have the ability to learn a lot not only from our jobs, and our colleagues, but we have opportunities to collaborate with academic research teams. The people are, as well, incredibly postive and friendly - management, as well, give us great flexibility and autonomy in creating our own working processes and solutions"
