Resource Consulting AG is an international recruitment and employment company based in Steinhausen, Switzerland, which is active in the field of aviation. We mainly hire and place flight crews (pilots and flight attendants) and ground staff for the maintenance of aircraft. A variety of other services in the aviation sector round off our field of activity.

We are looking for a Payroll/Office Administrator (m/f/d, 40 % TUE/WED/THU) to join and complete our team at our headquarter in Steinhausen (ZG) on a permanent basis with immediate effect. In this multifaceted position, you will be working in the areas of payroll, personnel and office administration.

 

Your Tasks:

- Payroll administration: Preparing and processing salary payments on Abacus (payment of up to 200 temporary employees, weekly and monthly salary payments), generating the corresponding invoices to clients and dealing with expense claims and re-charging.

- Personnel administration/office administration: Obtaining weekly timesheet reports from temporary employees, checking and entering the data on Ecxcel, obtaining entry documents, uploading payslips on the online portal, applying for work permits, issuing work confirmations.

- Absence and peak cover in the area of additional payroll/administrative tasks within the team

 

Our Requirements:

Ideally, you already have experience in the field of payroll/accounting and office administration and are very familiar with Excel. You are fluent in English and German, French is a big advantage. You have a basic understanding of typical commercial back-desk tasks. Training and support are guaranteed.
