As a HR Systems Analyst the role will play a pivotal part in advancing the HR capabilities through the effective management of the HRIS and the generation of actionable insights from HR data analytics.

 

We are seeking an ambitious and passionate HR Systems Analyst to join our People & Infrastructure-Team as soon as possible, on an 80-100% workload.

 

Your main tasks

HRIS Management:

  • Oversee the configuration and maintenance of the HRIS platform to ensure optimal functionality and data integrity

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, providing user support and training

  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to evaluate system upgrades and enhancements to meet business needs

HR Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPIs and analyse workforce trends, employee engagement, retention, and other metrics

  • Deliver findings and suggestions to HR leadership and stakeholders for data-driven decision making

  • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for HR process improvements and strategic initiatives

Process Optimisation:

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and optimise system functionalities in HRIS

  • Collaborate with HR teams to automate and standardise HR procedures, leveraging HRIS capabilities and best practices

 

Your profile

  • You have completed an advanced education, preferably in Human Resources, HR-Controlling or a similar field

  • You have at least 5-8 years professional experience with a strong understanding of HR processes, practices and metrics as well as HRIS management

  • You have an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and exceptional problem solving skills

  • You are proficient in HRIS platforms and advanced proficiency in MS Excel or other tools are an advantage (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

  • You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • You possess excellent project management skills, including prioritizing tasks, handling multiple projects concurrently, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • You are a motivated, open-minded, highly service- and process oriented, pro-active person with a hands-on mentality

  • You are proficient in speaking and writing in English and German
