For our renowned client Roche in Rotkreuz we are looking for a
This role focuses on taking over the project and change management for a global organization transformation initiative in the Roche Diagnostics service organization. Together with the Roche Diagnostics Global Customer Support (GCS) project leader, ensuring collaboration within and efficiency of the resulting organization and services; covering process, technical as well as mindset topics.
Additionally, tailoring the approach to the specific needs of the GCS project, leveraging cross-GCS learning and sharing of best practices, and proactively evolve our approach to create the value needed today and in the future.

The perfect candidate: has more than 7 years of experience in project management in a fast-changing international environment. The candidate is familiar with various project management methodologies, and possesses change experience across a variation of project styles and methodologies. Lastly, the person is fluent in English

Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Professional project management (planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, closing) for a complex, cross-site Roche Diagnostics Global Customer Support (GCS) project
  • Drive adoption by professional stakeholder management and communication management (stakeholder mapping, impact analysis, planning, executing and reinforcing change)
  • dentify and coordinate dependencies, timelines, budgets, change efforts, and project documentation for the GCS project
  • Create and maintain cross-site project plans in project planning tools; monitor project progress
  • Self-reliantly implement and drive risk management approach; anticipate and mitigate risks
  • Organize and facilitate project team and change meetings and workshops; document and follow up on actions and decisions; coordinate milestone preparations
  • Align with parent program/project and related programs/projects, ensure efficient and constructive collaboration and communication between different Roche departments inside and outside of GCS, and if applicable, with external companies
  • Consult and mentor regarding project and change management principles and best practices; coach senior colleagues on the value of change management and their role within the change management strategy
  • Drive innovation and establish state-of-the-art project and change management, be a keen listener, be willing to learn, and act as an advocate for improved processes, procedures, and technologies
  • Effectively and constructively challenge the status quo, within and beyond the organization, identifying and proposing better ways to accomplish organizational and project objectives
     
Must Haves:
  • Completed vocational training
  • 5-7+ years of experience in the areas of expertise (*****)
  • Extensive experience of matrix leadership in a fast-changing international environment (*****)
  • Extensive experience with various project management methodologies (*****)
  • Extensive change experience across a variation of project styles and methodologies (*****)
  • Project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, agile methodologies) is an advantage
  • Change management certification (e.g. Prosci Change Practitioner) is an advantage
  • Proven track record in interacting with stakeholder groups in challenging scenarios with effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent influencing skills and ability to build professional, lasting relationships including in areas outside your immediate work (e.g. across departments)
  • Ability to synthesize system information and business processes into clear impacts and benefits that are conveyed through learning, communication, and presentation materials
  • Well-structured and goal-oriented working methods, adaptability and team spirit
  • Fluency (spoken and written) in English (other languages are optional)
