In this multifaceted position, you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level field support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure for SMS Concast AG in Zurich and Winterthur. This includes among other things the installation and configuration of the IT hardware (mainly PC's) and applications. You will provide technical support and solutions across the company. Furthermore, you will ensure a timely follow-up of the support tickets and take care about our employees in case of problems during business trips. Your tasks will be complemented by working on various projects and coordinating with the global SMS Group IT team at the headquarters in Germany. Active participation in the design and further development of the company intranet completes your profile.

For this interesting and varied position, we are looking for candidates who have completed their education as a computer scientist or have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a technical support role. We also expect a good working knowledge and expertise with Microsoft Office products, hardware and applications. You are flexible, able to work in a small team, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people from different cultures. A willingness to work proactively and independently as well as very good knowledge of German and English are also required for this position. Finally, we count on your readiness to travel up to about 10%.
