About your future role
Support end-users on IT related incidents, problems, requests, and installation (end-user computing) (30%).
Member of engineer team and member of piquet team. As engineer team member, you manage partners (Proconcept, ORDS, PayTec and Ingenico Service Center) and projects related to these partners (50%).
Manage and improve JIRA solution. Keep JIRA up to date and in line with the group (CMDB, ITIL process) (20%).
Your key responsibilities in this role will be
- to respond to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
- to offer technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
- to run reports and analyze common complaints and problems to improve IT processes and provide feedback to other IT teams.
- to manage 1LVL and 2LVL issues from end users or payment infrastructure
- to follow ITIL processes (i.e., incidents, requests, problems) and manage ITSM tool.
- to support Engineer team on daily and on projects tasks
- to be member of the piquet team

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- An associate degree in computer science or related field (CFC, bachelor)
- 3-5 years in the same position
- Product certification is a plus (Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Redhat etc…)
- A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Microsoft environment (Active Directory)
- Good knowledge in JIRA/ServiceNow and ITIL Process
- Network and security knowledge (DHCP, DNS, Routing, VPN)
- Knowledge in database management (MSSQL / IBM DB2 / Oracle ORDS)
- Knowledge in Service Center (Ingenico / Paytec) and HSM (Utimaco)
- Knowledge in development
- Project coordination
- Multinational environment
