Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory accounting and general ledger activities.
  • Prepare and review financial statements. 
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
  • Tax preparation and filing, including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax filings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Assistance in processing of purchase orders, import/export, customs clearance.
  • Participate in migrating the accounting system to Odoo accounting.
  • Assist in sourcing credit funding.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 3 years Swiss accounting work experience.
  • Experience with Odoo accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and Swiss regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of English.
