Your responsibilities

• Manage all incentive schemes (STI, LTI, benefits programs, reward & recognition, employee wellness...) that will support the Medartis culture and performance
• Ensure that C&B policies and programs remain attractive, competitive and in line with market benchmarks and local regulations
• Conduct job grading and pay equity analysis for our population to obtain market references and define the guidelines/advices for the annual remuneration process and any compensation adjustment during the year
• Preparation of the Annual Compensation report
• Prepare budgets, reports, statistics and presentations for senior Executives, Board of Directors members, the finance department and Company internal and external auditors
• Continuously build C&B knowledge of our HR professionals and line managers through training, coaching, and mentoring

Your qualifications

• Master in Business, Finance, Analytics or a similar field
• Min. 5-8 years of experience of Total Rewards experience or comparable experience
• English fluent is a must, any additional languages of advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 user
• Project Management skills
• High customer service orientation and can establish a connection within all levels of the organization
