To strengthen our digital team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Business Analyst (m/f/d) 100% in Basel Hauptsitz as of 01.09.2025.

Your Tasks

• You support the specialist departments in the creation of requirements specifications for solution approaches, taking into account the technical system requirements.
• You analyze the overall context of business processes, organizational structures, IT and material resources and identify weak points.
• You collect, review and document the technical needs and expectations of organizational units in their project plans.
• You develop solution proposals and decision bases based on the requirements recorded.
• You prepare quality assurance measures in accordance with the specified requirements.
• You evaluate and validate operational solutions with regard to project specifications.
• You communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present the resulting outputs.
• You ensure the interface function between the specialist department and IT.
• You create test cases and assess and accompany user tests.
• You manage small and/or sub-projects.
• You will develop subject-specific principles for the creation of project assignments.

your profile

• You are very familiar with retail and logistics processes and operating procedures.
• You have experience with business and process analysis and have good project management skills.
• You have strong conceptual and analytical skills.
• You enjoy working in a team and on cross-functional projects.
• You communicate fluently and convincingly in German. Knowledge of French and English is an advantage.
