What you'll do
- Development and implementation of compensation policies, programs and processes
- Running the annual compensation processes in line with relevant regulations
- Performing job evaluations and participates in benchmark surveys
- Preparation of analyses and presentations for Nomination & Remuneration Committee meetings
- Development, implementation and maintenance of benefits programs such as pension plans, life, health, and disability insurance
- maintenance of HR information systems and ensures high quality of HR data
- Monitoring HR information needs and designing new or modifying existing systems to meet changing requirements
- Managing HR Controlling and defining and reporting of various HR KPIs to relevant stakeholders
What you'll need
- Certified HR Specialist or Bachelor's degree in the relevant field is required
- Possess a successful track record and work experience in Compensation Management and HRIS
- Analytical skills and detail-oriented
- In depth knowledge of remuneration regulations and governance (VegüV/CH/EU)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluent in English and German (written & spoken)
- Hands-on mentality
