About Our Client

For our client, a globally operating Life Sciences organization based in Basel one of Europe's leading biotech and pharmaceutical hubs we are looking for a detail-oriented Document Transcription Specialist | Migration Project (m/w/d) to support a high-priority platform migration initiative within the Animal Logistics division.

Your Responsibilities

• Manual transcription of active license protocols from a legacy system into a new laboratory animal management platform using AI-generated mapping output as a basis
• Quality verification of each transcribed document to ensure accuracy, completeness and data integrity
• Systematic processing of approximately 250–280 documents across multiple global sites (estimated ~840 working hours total)
• Coordination and collaboration with site teams during the sequential, site-by-site rollout of the migration process
• Administrative support for the Animal Logistics project, including basic documentation and organizational tasks

Your Profile

• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly detail-oriented and structured manner this is essential for this role
• Experience with document management, data entry or technical writing in a regulated or life sciences environment is an advantage
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and tools; ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new software systems
• Reliable, self-organised and capable of maintaining high data quality standards over an extended period
• Good written English skills; additional languages are a plus
