- Oversee the engineering department's daily operations and long-term projects
- Create and implement strategic plans for the engineering team
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient workflow
- Assess and implement new technologies to increase productivity
- Participate in budget development and oversight
Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the engineering field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry standards and technological advancements
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- 5-10+ years of experience in medical device leadership
