With us in the Finance Transformation Team, you will work play a valuable support role in executing the purchase-to-pay (P2P) process improvement initiatives covering organization & governance, process and technology to improve operational excellence.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Support the program management office (PMO) in executing pre-agreed initiatives with stakeholder management, data collection, project documentation, risk, issue and dependency management, training and onboarding and ad-hoc PMO activities in keeping with pre-agreed timelines and budget.
- Deliverables example: support in the optimisation of Supplier data management across 10'000 supplier data accounts to reduce error rates in invoice processing and increase 'straight through processing' percentages.
- Measures examples: purchase order cycle time (hrs), PO error rate (%), supplier invoice processing cycle time (days), invoice error rate (%), % of spend with a PO, days payable outstanding, touchless P2P transactions.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Initial project management experience including communication and stakeholder management
- Good communication skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Structured way of working including understanding dependencies to complete initiatives to timelines and managing these accordingly
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
