Your contribution 
Join our Global Commercial Excellence team as a Strategic Pricing & Analytics Manager! In this pivotal role you will:

- Drive with the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of value-based pricing approaches across products, markets, and customer segments.
- Support new product development and launches with pricing analyses, price recommendations, and business case assessments
- Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to define a new global pricing policy and governance
- Build analytical models and methodologies to support value-based price setting, price differentiation, and price positioning
- Define and standardize metrics, with focus on pricing, such as price realization, discount rate, deal margin, and value capture indicators
- Design and maintain pricing analytics dashboards, tools, and reporting that enable pricing execution and monitoring
- Drive and own the global annual price adjustments process and coordinate its implementation

 Your background

Hard / Technical Skills
- BA / MBA preferably in STEM
- Min 5 years of experience in pricing management and commercial analytics
- Strong understanding of pricing and commercial metrics 
- Understanding of value-based pricing principles and value capture mechanisms in B2B environments
- Demonstrated experience designing dashboards and reports that support pricing and commercial decisions (e.g., in PowerBI or Tableau)
- Ability to build and interpret pricing models, scenario analyses, and what-if simulations
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, Python/R, or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent level of English - any additional languages are of added value
- Passion for life sciences / healthcare topics
