Are you looking for an interesting and diverse internship or trainee program?
We offer several 12-month internships and trainee positions in various departments. After comprehensive onboarding, these positions enable you to take on a wide range of challenging and exciting tasks on the job, providing insight into the diverse activities within our medical technology company. The content and scope of the trainee/internship positions also fulfill, among other things, the requirements for admission internships for studies at a University of Applied Sciences.
We are a young and growing medical technology group based in Oberkirch/Sursee (LU). Our focus is on minimally invasive treatment methods in spinal surgery and the use of innovative technologies. Our national customers include hospitals, which we supply with instruments, implants, and sophisticated OR equipment (endoscopy, robotics, navigation, etc.). They benefit from personalized consultation, professional OR support, and a comprehensive product portfolio. Internationally, we collaborate with distributors.
Internship Event Management: Start immediately or by arrangement
? Co-responsibility for the operational organization and execution of surgeon education events (doctor trainings, symposia, congresses)
? Co-responsibility for hospitality management (booking flights & accommodation, organizing catering, guest support on-site)
? Co-responsibility for implementing surgeon development programs (specific training steps for young doctors)
Trainee Finance / Human Resources: Start immediately or by arrangement
? Working in accounting for national & international companies (accounts payable, accounts receivable, VAT statements, payroll accounting including social security)
? Support in controlling and cockpit creation
? Co-responsibility for job postings and applicant management
? Support during employee onboarding
? Assistance in organizing staff events
Internship Sales Support & Supply Chain Management: Start immediately or by arrangement
- Customer service and order processing from A to Z (creating delivery notes and invoices, assisting with quotations, managing two webshops, picking and shipping goods)
- Planning & organization of surgeries (scheduling with hospitals, etc.)
- Organization of national and international transports
- Procurement and incoming goods inspection
- Planning & control of surgical materials including management of loaner surgical instrument sets
Additionally:
? Active collaboration and exchange within the team, as well as across departments and with affiliated companies in the group: Nexon Medical, Stöckli Medical, 7s Medical International, Stöckli Group, and MW Real Estate AG
What sets you apart:
? Interest in the medical technology industry, enthusiasm for working in a motivated environment, and the ability to get excited, contribute, and get involved
? Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented work style with a good degree of initiative
? For position in Event Management: Is feasible only in English and possible without much prior knowledge in German
? For the positions in Sales Support & SCM and Finance/HR: Good knowledge of German & English, additional languages are an advantage
